MEDICALLY MANAGED WEIGHT LOSS CONSULTATION         $100

Losing weight and, more importantly, keeping the weight off can be complicated. The initial consultation involves reviewing your medical history, laboratory evaluations, and weight loss goals by conducting a comprehensive assessment. Based on your consultation and the results of your assessment, you will be presented with a customized plan designed just for you to help you lose weight.

During the weight loss program, you will meet with your healthcare provider periodically to ensure your customized care plan works. These check-ins typically cost less than the initial appointment.

Our program brings together breakthrough medications, and expert guidance by a medically trained physician to create a truly achievable weight loss approach for you. Once a month you will have a call with Dr. Amponsah to track your progress.

 

MEDICALLY MANAGED WEIGHT LOSS TREATMENT        $450 per MONTH

Recommendation is a 3 month commitment, but may vary by the individual weight loss goal. Fat Burners such as Lipo-C and/or vitamin B12 injections can be added to the program to optimize results for an additional cost of $150.

Other medical weight loss programs are available at a variety of prices, and their costs vary depending on their duration and scope.
